The Vineyard

A Labor of Love

2 Acres.  12,000 Pounds.  3,400 Bottles.

Inland Ocean Vineyards was planted in April of 2018.  It was planted in 3 phases so that the oldest grape plants are now 4 years old in 2022.  After the 3-year planting phase completion, we now have 1400 vines.

The vineyard is on 2 acres, yielded 12,000 lbs. of grapes, which is about 3,400 bottles of wine.  With the maturation of the late plantings, we are hoping for 15,000 lbs. of grapes - or about 3,750 bottles.

The construction of our vineyard includes the following:

  • 80 posts
  • 220 springs
  • 250 wire tensioners
