Return & Replacement Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in the quality of our estate wines and handcrafted CNC merchandise. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns for CNC-Crafted Merchandise
We accept returns on defective or damaged CNC-crafted products. If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging within 30 days by either vineyard drop-off or by mail.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or replacement at your request within 3 business days.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
Wine Replacement Policy
Due to alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns on wine purchases unless the product is damaged or defective.
- If a bottle arrives broken or leaking, we will gladly replace it at no charge.
- If you believe a wine is defective, please contact us with details. We may ask for photos or the remaining product to assess the issue.
- Please report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery.
- Once we confirm the defective wine through photos or provided details, we will issue a refund or replacement at your request within 3 business days.
