Normally fermented as juice only, we added the skins during fermentation for 5 Days to get a beautiful orange coloration and the added structure of tannins. A slightly sweet, crisp wine, with notes of vanilla and hints of pear. It has a very wonderful mouth feel with a pleasant and smooth finish.that’s perfect for warm-weather sipping or pairing with a variety of foods.
