Itasca is a d ry, crisp, beautiful, white wine with notes of Citrus Fruit.

Barrel Aged Itasca is aged in american oak and malolactic fermented with a smoother mouth feel and oak notes.

Frontenac Blanc is a Dry, Pale gold white wine with notes of Green Apple, Melon & Honeysuckle

Frontenac Gris is a medium gold white wine with notes of Vanilla, hints of Pear & Green Melon.

Rosé - Dry with rich notes of Butterscotch & Cherry

Marquette - Dry and Semi-Dry, Ruby Red with aromas of Dark Cherry, some Oak & Smokey Notes.

Chambourcin - Semi-Dry, Beautiful Pink, light, crisp with Strawberry Notes
